My husband & Istayed for 2 nights at the Grand Pier Guest House for my birthday last November. It was simply great... price, comfort, location, we couldn't have chosen better. A warm welcome, super breakfast ( all cooked to order ), at a sensible hour too ! We saw Marco later in the town, guiding a couple of foreign guests... More

I don't usually write reviews, but if you stay here it will be impossible to have a bad experience. We stayed for two nights and Marco actually moved us to a larger room on the second night, he cooked us breakfast past midday, left chocolates in our room and let us check out late afternoon. A very hard working guy,genuine,... More

My wife and I were welcomed into 'Grand Pier Guest House' by Marco - whom I had ready many great comments about. They turned out to be true. Marco is great. He went through much effort to accomodate our diet - for that we are very grateful. You make a smashing breakfast Marco! So moving onto the room. We stayed... More

Stayed for 2 night over the new year festivities and had a fantastic time. Marco is a great host and cooks a super breakfast! The location is ideal and the rooms are with ensuite and a great shower. Can't wait to be back! More

I stayed here with my husband for one night, in a standard room, No. 3, midweek and really enjoyed it. Marco was very welcoming and makes you feel at home straight away. The location is great, with the pier being only a couple of minutes walk, if that, and a short walk into the town and laines. Room was quite... More

Stayed at this hotel for two nights and received excellent service. The room was not large but perfectly formed. All very clean. En suite had a lovely roomy shower and again very clean and well stocked with supplies. Hospitality excellent with a good freshly cooked breakfast both mornings. Good choice available and staff went out of their way to accommodate... More

We are sorry it has taken so long to write this review, but perhaps that is a better accolade than any, as our trip is still on our minds. We visited Brighton in October and were lucky enough to be there for "White Night" although we didn't know that when we booked! Marco met us and could not have made... More

I have never written a review on tripadviser before, however I have been so impressed by this guest house I thought I had to write! As soon as my husband and I arrived we were greeted by Marco at the door. Marco made us feel at home straight away. The rooms are clean and lovely, and have everything that you... More

we stayed for 2 nights in august and the room was on the small side but bearable. The window was broken and had to be propped open with a stick. There was no aircon so we had to leave the window open only to be woken at 4am by seagulls making an incessant and neverending screeching. Then the smoke alarm... More
