Me and my girlfriend stayed here last week. You get what you pay for, nice decor of the room, we stayed in the smallest room and it had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Man who runs the place was also very nice. Must warn people that this B&B is in the centre of the gay community, we did not know this until we arrived, although it did not effect our stay at all and had a great time. more

I stayed here as I was having a night out in Brighton. I would usually stay in a Hotel but was tempted by the pics on the website - I love the idea of boutique places & this seemed to tick all the boxes. For £85 a room I could have stayed in a Hotel but thought thismight be a better choice. . . The owners seem to have good ideas, roll top baths / flat screen tv's etc... but I personally would prefer a clean room - and thicker walls, the workmanship is poor - its really pokey, a case of 'get the basics in place... the rest will follow'. Nice people that run it.. but I felt ripped off. Would not stay again. They do say its on a noisey street and you REALLY should take ear plugs, take it from me... you really should! more
