It's disgusting that the AA has given this B and B, it isn't a hotel despite being advertised as it, 3 stars. I stayed here for one night with a friend as we were working in brighton and i have stayed in b&b's before and this was awful. The breakfast tasted like it had been heated up in the microwave and the fruit juice was nasty. It was instant coffee not perculated. The room was basic. Do not go there! more

I've just returned from a stay at this hotel and despite paying for two nights left after the first night. The double bed was made up of two mattresses pushed together, when queried I was advised that this was the norm.
