We stayed for 2 nights in a superior sea view double room. The room was ok, nothing special really considering it was supposed to be a superior double room. the sea view was lovely, but you could not open any of the fixex windows therefore the room had no natural ventilation and was very stuffy and hot even in November.... more

This hotel is located in an ideal spot - opposite the beach, great parking and walking distance to shops, restaurants and theatres. We paid what I think is a lot of money for a very small very average 'non sea view' room, so was a little put out having to pay an extra £22 pounds a day on top for parking. Our room, although nice and clean, had a real tired look about it, but luckily was blessed with a mini-bar, shame... more

To be fair, we did turn up in Brighton on the weekend of the Labour Party Conference without a booking. We were charged £165 plus £22 for 24 hours parking. Stayed here too numerous times to menton. Great location right on the front but this is really just Premiere Lodge accommodation with a very very expensive bar. Don't even think of eating in.... Wife joined me for a function and actually felt sorry that I had to stay in such places! So wouldn't recommend for a romantic night stay! more
