I try to stay at this hotel as regular as possible. The hotel was renovated last year and a major improvement as rooms were very outdated. Last time and this time I have had the pleasure of Sheshy checking me in. She is very friendly and and helpful and a credit to the staff. Breakfast at the hotel is also excellent.

Hotel's Favourite
Stunning room, floor to ceiling windows with Seaview and large balcony. Beautifully decorated and brand new. Excellent customer service at reception. The general feel of the building is grand, marble staircase, paintings etc Breakfast was varied and good quality The swimming pool and changing rooms need renovation and the pool water looked murky, needs more chlorine. In general the swimming pool and changing rooms do not match the standards of the rest of the hotel… perhaps last to be renovated ? Overall, very happy with our stay and loved the Seaview balcony and excellent service

Not really superior as room implied, so was the extra cost worth it no not really. so much lacking in room compared to other hotels in the area that I have stayed in. No shaving mirror or magnifying one, No face cloth, No shower caps, no slippers as expected had to ask for them. Went for coffee and told to be seated and waiter will come, but he never did, went back to counter to order coffee told to be seated. 3/4 hour later and having to put up with a very loud Drag Act going on and very drunk and loud group of women. I have seen Drag acts before but this Act should have been on in the evening in a seedy club somewhere else.... not for people to have coffee!! what on earth i the management thinking, obviously there were people enjoying it before you say that excuse, but its Brighton to get a drag act free during the day its a wonder it was not full up in there!!. I wouldnt return, not just for what I have said, but many other things, uncomfortable bed, no heating working, just feel the Hotel has lost its way.

Very good accommodation, great location and value! Upon arrival greeting by very friendly, informative member of staff at reception, Saba. My friend had made the booking for 2 rooms, Saba offered to accommodate us next door to each other. Benefits explained of being a Hilton member and also given a way chocolate cookie! Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped as well as a bath in the ensuite. Really good value for room rate. Spa facilities available free. Enjoyed the stay.

We stayed for 3 nights. Room was advertised as accessible as one of us is a wheelchair user. The hotel was not completely accessible, revolving doors at front and two exits either side, they did not always open and were narrow. Slope outside went to a door which had a sign on it saying locked due to maintenance but was open, also not automatic and so heavy even for me as able bodied. If I was not there my family member would not have managed at all. Accessible from car park but again narrow and difficult to get around with constant heavy double doors which did not open automatically. Accessible bathroom design was risky, as soon as you open the door you have the shower this meant the floor/entrance was made wet and slippery, a risk to a person with mobility impairment. The toilet had right side hand bar but nothing on the left meaning you had to drop down on the toilet by holding on to the wall…somehow. The health club although tricky to navigate through doorways was pleasant. Staff there were very good and welcoming. Housekeeping staff were amazing and so helpful. Parking £25 per night but was secure, would agree with other reviews about the tightness of spaces etc. We used a blue badge space which had enough room. Hotel is an old building and could do with a little makeover here and there. Our room had paint peeling off on the walls and the windows were filthy, appreciating its seafront but even so! We wouldn’t stay again just due to accessibility issues. Cannot fault the staff at all. Brighton itself not an accessible destination but of course not the hotel’s fault.

Stayed for a function earlier this year. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The view from the entrance of the seafront is SO gorgeous! Was very impressed that I was able to check in a few hours early as my plans to explore Brighton were slightly ruined by the rain! The room was lovely, very tidy and the bed was so comfy. The staff were all incredibly helpful and absolutely great to chat to especially Toma and John in the bar. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely great stay. We had a fabulous time, food was great and being so close to everything is great, also being so close to the beach is a real plus. Had a sea view which added a real lovely touch. the room we had was very nice with nice furnishings and usual room setup.

We stayed for a work event in March 2024. The room was clean, modern and perfect for an overnight stay. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice in the morning and the hotel itself felt well look after. We would like to send thanks to Saba at reception who checked in myself, my fiancé and 9 month old daughter for our stay. We arrived early and she was so accommodating. We were offered an early check-in to a different room that was available, so that we had "a base" with our baby. We were also given cookies, an activity bag for our little one and a 1pm checkout so that we didn't need to rush the next day. Saba was really friendly, very professional and made us feel so welcome and well looked after as soon as we arrived. Thank you again!

We use this hotel when we visit Brighton as it’s on the front & close to a lot of attractions. This has been one of our best stays. We were given an amazing room overlooking the sea. The staff are excellent. We particularly like Soraya in the bar. She is really friendly & I really appreciated her coming up to say hello the next night as I was on my own as my husband wasn’t very well. Excellent breakfast so much choice. The main thing I took away from this visit was the quality of the staff. Can’t wait to return
