Fantastic hotel if you are a lover of cold showers. No hot water in our two rooms, reception desk were unable to help, and letters to management went unanswered claiming that the 'hotel manager is on holiday'. I hope she is staying at a better hotel than this one. more

Stayed at the Langfords last weekend and have to say it was horrendous. To be fair I got the room a bit cheaper than usually but still payed £65 per night, not including breakfast. Me and my girlfriend stayed at the hotel for a night in may. We arrived at the hotel and was told to pay the bill upfront! which we didnt think much of at the time. we paid 105 pounds for a double room for the night which we thought costing that much would at least include breakfast! we were wrong!... more

What a Dump! We spent 2 nights here, nothing like its pictures - dirty room, filthy bathroom, wallpaper hanging off but sellotaped back up!! Reception is very pretty but the rest is disgusting - Graffitti all over the lift walls. Dark Dingy hallways. I feel sorry for anyone who has their wedding there! We and another couple stayed at Langfords Hotel for Valentines weekend this year, and the service provided by the hotel was excellent. The hotel is located right by the sea and very close to the shops and restaurants in Brighton. more
