Positives: Location ok for city centre. We managed to park reasonably close by. Negatives: Initially stayed in Patcham room on ground floor - front of building: Dubious cleanliness of ensuite sink behind taps. We recently stayed in Lichfield House Brighton and I have to say although some previous reviews did make me concerned about our choice of hotel I was nicely suprised when we arrived. We stayed for 2 nights in the Cromwell room. It was lovely and spacious. Bathroom was quite small but does the job and was all extremely reasonably priced. The staff were extremely accommodating to all requests we had. Will definately be returning!
