I've stayed at this hotel a few times 'cos too be fair it's cheap & I was on a budget...however even at £25 a night I felt like it wasn't good value. Very central to brightons centre however be warned the beds are very uncomfortable, the showers produce a cold dribble at best and our top floor room had no central heating only a very old electric fan heater that smelt terrible when switched on.
