The good thing about this hotel was its location - 1 minute walk from the sea front, however the quality of the accommodation was very poor, especially for the £80 price we paid for the room and additional £12.50 to park 5 minutes away. The room still had a slight smell of cigarettes, although this wasn't noticeable after the windows... more

Proprietors are lovely, place is clean, reasonably central. But rooms are aged, breakfast substantial but low quality ingredients (tinned tomatoes, bready sausage, instant coffee), shower tiny, furniture rickety. Wireless internet apparently only works on ground floor. Tiny TV, only basic terrestrial channels. For the price, we could have stayed in a lot better in this area. more

We booked for 2 (for a weekend in August) through a conference booking facility and had to pay the full amount 1 month in advance - seemed unreasonable. We weren't able to come as one of us was taken into hospital a week before. We were told we could have our money back if the room was rebooked. Another friend... more

The decor is dated and basic however the whole property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff/owners were extremely friendly. The location is good - a short walk from the seafront and the shopping area. I would recommend the Andorra if you need centrally located accommodation in Brighton and are on a budget. more

The Staff are very helpful and the Breakfast good, the decor is a bit dated but it was clean and as a group we paid £30 each per night. Its in an ideal location. Great for a hen do when decent ans... more

Having lived in Brighton for a few years, I've seen many of the apalling places that go under the banners of "hotel" & "b&b". It must be said that the Andorra is better than any hotel in its class in brighton and better than most that charge double (i'm thinking of the whole of regency square). The Andorra is incredibly... more

Booked a night here during the bonfire weekend, and although quite friendly staff, the rooms are sadly stuck in a time warp. The decor is poor, with peeling wallpaper, and our bathroom light didn't work after the first use. Towels were also still dirty. Luckily we only spent sleeping time in the hotel itself. However, breakfast brought new problems. One... more

Though the owner was friendly thats true this hotel was very average in my opinion. The room was cluttered and the shower needed attention ( shower hose not clean) I was expecting a wonderous breakfast having read another review but this was also just satisfactory! I don't think this hotel is worthy of 3 stars!! more

This is an excellent value-for-money hotel, Victorian terraced style, with friendly & efficient staff; super-clean. The breakfast included in the price is enormous. The hotel is a stone's throw from the West Pier, the shopping centre and 5 mins to conference centre. I will definitely stay again. more
