This hotel is an over-priced blot on the architectural beauty that is Brunswick Square. The furniture is shabby, paintwork peeling, carpets grubby and filthy windows block out the beautiful sea view. We paid 100 pounds for one night to stay in this grotty filthy hotel. The room was shabby, dirty, stank of smoke and the furniture and curtains were ripped, worn and chipped. Breakfast was OK and the location great. However, 100 pounds is outrageous for a room that is no better than a squat. more

At £85 to £100 a room we are sure the owner is living in the dark ages,the rooms are really tatty and have no taste,lamps with no bulbs in them windows that dont open etc etc..... We wouldnt mind if the price fitted the rooms like £35 pn as for the micro waved breakfast need we go on...dont bother with... more
