My one statemnet says it all really. The building is typical of a Brighton square being a three storey town house. Very handy location - easy walk from town centre. Nice sea view from our room. Quite noisy from passers-by and traffic on the first night, but didn't notice noise second night. Tip: when asking taxi driver to take you there, it's called "New steen" not "New stine" nor "New steina". more

The room we booked was overlooking the park and the sea and had a great bay window. The location is excellent and the owner/staff are all very welcoming, with a glass of pimms on arrival and one of the best cooked breakfasts we have had.
