have just got back from a 2 night stay with my girlfriend. the hotel is right in the heart of the town close to all the local places of interest and can't be faulted for it's location. the staff are excellent - always with a smile from the receptionists to the restaurant and they couldn't do enough for us. there... more

Stayed here over a weekend, paying a room rate in excees of £130 a night for a so-called suite! Effectively I paid a 4 star price for a 2 star service. Room was small, furnishings were tatty. They only had one double room and the penthouse but on hearing of our terrible time at the Cosmopolitan, let us have these at the single room price each.
