Completely agree with the previous review - we stayed in room 9 too - this was supposed to be a romantic break but the naff old yellow stained carpet quoshed any romance in us! The bedthrow match the carpet with another lovely stain and, yes, the toilet was still leaking. don't stay here. more

Had a lovely one night stay here for a night out in Brighton. Perfect location- road full of restaurants just around the corner and a small walk in to town. Really friendly owner and delicious breaksfast. Room small but fantastic sea view and nice and clean. Will definately be back. more
