A group of 17 of us stayed here after our children had been competing in a dance competition nearby. We all arrived at around 8.30. The manager was very helpful and helped us find places to park our cars- even moving his own. Check in was as easy as it can be when getting 7 rooms booked by different people... More

Stayed here for wknd in nov 2009 for hen party. Massive rooms, saw several as 12 of us stayed . Rooms and bathrooms clean. One room heater hanging off wall. Car park rubbish. Short bus ride into town would have preferred something more central. Bar often empty or limited choice. Ok for cheap accommodation. More

Myself and my wife had a family party to attend so booked the same day as we came down, cost £63. The price for a travelodge was a bit steep but apparently if we had booked it a week earlier it would have cost £29, I think its the same approach as airlines. On arrival the bar and reception was... I paid £25 for the room and although it sounds mean, I wouldn't have wanted to pay much more which can cost up to almost £90. The lift to the 6th floor was filthy and the room was freezing cold - apparantly you have to switch your own electric convector on when you arrive - this is in the winter!.... More

As we regularly come to Brighton we're always on the look out for a mid week stay for 2-4 nights for a bargain - so we booked here for £80 for 3 night which is a quite reasonable. the overall look of the hotel is very tired from the outside. Room: Bigger than previous travelodge stays but was disappointed when... More

I've stayed in this hotel in the last two or three years and it was fine, but during my last visit on Jan 2012, things have changed dramatically. The first room we were in had bed bugs, so we were transferred into another. The second room wasn't very clean either & smelled of damp. The duvet and the matress were... More

We stayed over the New Year period for 3 nights. The main reason we booked this travelodge was due to the parking costs at the seafront hotels (£25 quid for 24 hours!!). You still need to pay to park at this hotel and it's bit of a strange system where you get 24 hours if you pay £5 before 3pm... More

Tired and tatty hotel in a nice location - and the breakfast experience (mainly the breakfast area) certainly did not set us up for the day ahead. More

We stayed at TL Brighton over the Xmas break. It is in a tower block across from Preston Park, maybe a 20 minute walk from the centre of town. The hotel itself is pretty beaten up and looks like it has been the scene of one too many hen and stag parties. But the family room we got on the... More
