We were impressed by the pictures of the hot-tub and room on the website but in reality it was nothing like the pictures. Its was dirty and run down. The toilet brush in the moldy bathroom was disgusting and made us heave. The towel rail was broken so nowhere to hang the towels after a shower. There were no chairs... more

I had a lovely welcome. The room was bright and airy. There was a lot little added extras in the room that made it that little bit extra special. Just come back from Nineteen! I booked through Late rooms and read all the reviews before making my mind up. Most reviews said it was top notch........it isn't.
