I know Brighton well, having gone to University there a few years ago. Apart from the Grand and Metropole, Brighton isn't blessed with large well maintained top end hotels. Fantastic stay. I new it was going to be good when the concierge (Alex) spent 10 minuets showing me the bar, dining room and my room. The shower delivers 60 litres of water a minute, I had trouble breathing! An excellent wine cellar & great menu. Parking is an issue, so make sure you call ahead and reserve a space.... more
