What an excellent place to stay in central brighton.Rooms very smart clean warm and comfortable.Darren the owner could not have been more helpful and has a welcome for everybody.The breakfast was lovely fresh fish cheese and all you need to start your day.Would definately return again......Mark & Cath (Nottingham)

A rare weekend away without our toddler and the hotel was perfect! The room was immaculate, with some really thoughtful touches, e.g. chocolate bars, lovely bath products, DVDs, fridge, chairs and tables, ipad docking station. The owner is lovely, really welcoming, and puts such a lot of care and attention into everything. Very highly recommended.

From booking to checking out could not fault this b&b. Darren was a fine host & made us very welcome. Attention to detail & nice touches made this a great place to stay. We will definately be back as location, cleanliness & the personal service from Darren made our break thoroughly enjpyable.
