I am afraid we have to agree with most of the other reviewers, decor seen better days, breakfast ok but not special. Service was good but the price should have delivered more. Better places exist for vegetarians to stay in Brighton for less. Would have liked to have been more positive! Did like the location though. more

Sub standard hotel in all areas. Not 4 star by any means. Money up front on arrival. So not worth complaining. You wont get it back when you decide to leave early due to poor service. I stayed here for two nights on August bank holiday weekend. The location of the hotel is excellent, very central and close to the pier, and it and all of the other hotels in the area had No Vacancies signs up each night, so I can't complain about the price. Excellent placed hotel just minutes walk from the sea and main pier. The hosts are very friendly and the breakfast are really lovely, with bulk of the food used being produced locally. Suited our needs totally. more
