The beds felt like you slept on a covered stack of magazines. There was a cold snap in England and we shivered under the blankets at night. No convenient parking. Not a great location. Might be alright for a bunch of teens during the summer months who wanted to save some money. The one bright spot - breakfast.

The staff are so warm and friendly. Always there when you need them - a credit to the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. Right near the sea front but quiet. Fab nights sleep. Cery comfy bed. Wonderful breakfast. Definately will return.

We stayed there for a wedding in nearby hove. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The room was spacious and well equipped. We have a 2 month old son and they were very accommodating. A really good stay and a fabulous breakfast the next morning.

i booked two rooms at this hotel not knowing what to expect and i must admit i was pleasently suprised, it was clean and comfortable the staff were lovely and very accomadating and the breakfast was delicious.
