I've been here a couple of times now and I love this place. It's ideally situated in Kemp Town with some great pubs and restaurants and of course the sea right on it's doorstep, the rooms are comfy and well maintained and the breakfast is just ace. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable stay. The rooms were spotless and the breakfasts were amazing. Great location with a nice walk down to the pier. Definitely be staying again as also has a very friendly, inviting atmosphere.
