Very friendly, clean and quiet. Very close to the main attractions and beach but still out of the noise and hecticness. Upgraded us due to my heavily pregnant state which was kind. Went out of way to ensure we were comfortable. Would definatly recommend. more

This is a lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Brighton, being just off the seafront, near the Pier. The room was clean, service was friendly and the breakfast was nice with lots of choice. Very impressed - clean and tidy rooms, very well appointed and good breakfast. Only one comment I would make is that the 2 finger kit kat was a nice touch what would have been good would have been a bottle of mineral water or two in the fridge. Stayed at Genevieve for last minute night out and found it to be excellent. We stayed in the 'superior' room (No.2) which was 5star for the price (£95).
