For anyone that is planning a trip to Brighton please spare yourself the grief of staying in this 2nd rate establishment. I booked a room based on pictures from the website which are to say the least extremely decieving, we arrived to a shaby unlit entrance, the office for which you couldnt see the carpet on the floor room to be greeted by the room which was not the room I booked, it had not been cleaned, the shower leaked as did the floor, the linen was filthy and the television didnt work. I had booked the said room for 2 nights and we left after the first night due to the nosie that carries through the hole building from the downstairs bar, when I requested that I be refunded as I had paid in full none of the staff new where the refund card for there machine was. This hotel that according to it's website is the only boutique style gay and lesbian hotel in Brighton is a disgrace, I strongly recommend finding one of the many up to standard hotels to enjoy your stay in Brighton. more
