Excellent friendly welcoming, great location right near shops and pier but just off the main drag so quite quiet, outstanding cleanliness of room maintained to a high standard. It was a pleasure to stay. more
Booked a stay at Sea Breeze for two nights (£250 so not cheap) as we were attending the comedy festival. We originally booked a 'gold' room but were nicely suprised to hear we have been upgraded to a 'gold plus' room. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and decorated lovely. Our room was very nice. The location couldnt of been better. We received great customer service. Have recommended to many of our friends. We will definately will go back there. more
This b/b was very basic! I have to question cleanliness our toilet was left following a room clean with un-sightly skid marks!! However please be careful the unseen manager who contacted his staff via the telephone managed to take more money from our unsuspecting friend who had booked for us! The guest’s main complaint was that having booked to stay in 2 rooms for the weekend, then wanted to change his plans and leave early and not pay. What business can afford that; this is why we have a very generous cancellation policy. The guest friend, who had stayed previously, booked these rooms and asked me for a further 10%...
my boyfriend and i stayed here during the week last week for a couple of days break an had a fantastic time! I would definately stay at this guest house again. It was like being in a hotel with all the things you would need to enjoy the stay. Im very fussy where i stay and would reccomend this place to anyone. i was very impressed on how clean it was and how friendly the people were. Its close to the sea... more
The room was beautiful and the B&B was lovely and clean! It was just what we needed on our stay in Brighton, a good walking distance from Brighton centre and the beach. We were made to feel right at home and really taken care of. We'll definitely be back the next time we come to stay : ) more
