Room was lovely and spacious, so was the bathroom (but then again for the price paid we wouldn't have expectd any less) the staff there are just so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was simple delicious with so many options so overall thumbs up! Will definitely be going back there again!

Finding a hotel / B&B in Brighton can be expensive and the quality questionable. Not so with Brighton House: it's reasonably priced, immensely comfortable and a great breakfast - with Bucks Fizz thrown in for free at the weekend. I was most impressed.

I stayed here with my sister last week, and it was fab! The owners were lovely and the cat was a beaut!! Mr Watts we love you!!! The breakfast was gorgeous, as everything was freshly prepared, and homemade/organic. The room was extremely clean and beds were super comfy! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

We stayed at Brighton house for 2 nights at a cost of £120 a night. The room was shoddy with a really uncomfortable bed! The bathroom shower head was covered in damp mould. You couldn't watch TV properly as the reception was fussy. This guesthouse is definitely not worth the £240 we paid for.
