Been here a couple of times and now our preferred accomodation in Brighton. Good location, very helpful, welcoming and polite staff, free yummy homemade cake, gorgeous cat and nice breakfast. Discount for returning customers and flexibility around min nights of stay.

We stayed here for two nights and found the hotel well-furnished, comfy, and very clean! I think my favorite thing, however, is its very close proximity to Churchill Square and several bus stops. We stayed here for 3 nights for the marathon. Lovely hotel, great staff who were friendly and very helpful. Only disappointment was breakfast - although nice selection for continental style fare, there was very little left on the 2 days we decided to lay in a little and it was not replenished. Would however stay again.

I spent a really great weekend at Brighton House - comfortable room, delicious breakfast in the morning, a friendly cat to stroke (Mr Watts) and super-tasty freshly made cake in the entrance hall! The staff were really friendly and I would definitely recommend this to anyone choosing a hotel in Brighton.

Just back from a 3 night trip to Brighton for the marathon. This guesthouse was a great place to stay. Very centrally located and sits in a quiet square. The room I was in was comfortable and clean and also had a small balcony with a sea-view. The breakfast provided was excellent. Thanks very much Brighton House
