For £20 a night, we couldn't grumble about this hotel. It's in a great location for exploring Brighton and well placed for the nightlife. Room was alright, had a little kitchenette area with a fridge which came in handy. Bed's were pretty comfortable with clean sheets. Bathroom was lovely and the shower was powerful and warm.
