Big Spacious room overlooking the sea. Bed was soooo comfortable didnt want to wake up! Breakfast was excellent and owners were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel. more

I stay at this hotel on average 3 or 4 times monthly. The guys who run it are exceptionally helpful, friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is home cooked and prepared to order (no nasty buffets here!) and the decor is tasteful. The rooms are comfortable. Sometimes the noise from busy Brighton could be a problem for a light sleeper (ask for... more

It's a joy when it's clear that the owners of an establishment really care about their customers. Hamptons displays an attention to detail that many larger hotels woud do well to emulate. The small dining room, loung and bar are charming, the rooms beautifully appointed and the breakfast excellent. Our twin room was equipped with sumptuously comfortable beds, mine-bar, DVD... more

I was visiting Brighton for an intense Training course and needed somewhere comfortable and friendly to stay. Friends of mine had already recommended Hamptons and so I decided to stay and what a great choice I made. From my late arrival I was welcomed and treated like a valued guest, nothing was too much trouble. The guys made me feel... more

The owner was unwelcoming and unfriendly. We were late to arrive and were treated appalingly. No amount of decor or sea view could compensate for such poor customer service. Deeply disappointing. more

Last month I had some business in London, it being Brighton Fringe time, I thought I would pop down and take in a concert, having looked at various establishments I settled for The Hampton Bed and Breakfast in New Steine, located just off the front in the the trendy Kemp Town area, it was as near to the seafront as... more

Stayed at the Hamptons during the Mini run weekend. Lovely little hotel which is a bit quirky as its in an old building in a pleasant square just off the sea front, excellent value seeing as the travelodge charges £55 and you don't get breakfast. The hotel is nicely decorated, was really clean, had everything you need in your room.... more

Loved our stay at the Hamptons. Mark and Kim are excellent hosts and went out of their way to attend to our every need. The rooms were creatively decorated and the B&B itself had an unique character. A real pleasant experience. more

I stayed one night at Hamptons and what an absolute treat. The room was tastefully furnished with a really comfortable bed. (Rm 2). The scrambled eggs for breakfast were the best I've ever tasted. Mark and Kim are both excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is perfect with a 5/10 minute walk into town... more

I stayed at Hamptons with my young daughter earlier in the month, the service was out of theis world and we could not have asked for more- nothing was too much trouble - she even got a chilrens size cooked breakfast! The rooms are a delight and the cleanliness is out of the world. I would recommend Hamptons to all... more
