Although there is meter parking nearby (£10 per day) it was impossible to find a space.They were either 2 hour max or permit holders only so we ended up about 1/2 mile away in a 4 hour max zone and had to return to move the car later. We stayed with our 5 year old. We had a sea view room with a lovely bunch of tulips on the table. The best bit was the breakfast, which is a hamper bought to your room. A great selection. The owners are also very friendly and helpful.

Another amazing stay at FIVE enhanced by Caroline & Simons friendliness & knowledge of Brighton. Thoroughly enjoyed the 'hamper' breakfast brought to the room at the time requested & plently of it! This lovely welcoming B & B always makes our stay even more enjoyable.
