We stayed in the Westborne Room at the front of the hotel for a party in Hove. We were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff who showed us to the room, explained that everything we could see was included in what we had paid - wine - soft drinks - crisps and nuts - oh and the chocolates!... more

Our room was at the top of the house and nice and quiet apart from the rather squeaky bed - the room wasn't huge but big enough. Stayed a couple of single nights recently on business trips, I can't fault the place. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. What more can you expect from a B&B?
