Marine view is a lovely hotel well sited near Brighton Pier. The room was very clean & the staff friendly. An excellent location with all amenities in walking distance. Being a regular traveller to Brighton it is great to find a quality stay at a good price & I will definately be staying again. more

too expensive for the standard of accomodation and we had an expensive item go missing from our room...they havent been very helpful atall.wouldnt recommend it atall. more

I stayed at the guest house with my girlfriend for 4 nights. It's well located in Kemp Town and close to the pier aswel as lots of clubs and bars. There is nowhere to park and the rooms are tiny with no dressing table! I left my rings on the side and forgot to put them on in the morning... more

I booked this hotel via their website .However no email confirmation was received.When i called the hotel i was told that no booking exiisted and that credit card payments were not taken until arrival.I Lost confidence and decided to go somewhere else beleiving there was no booking. The people running this place are very friendly, but that's really the only thing this hotel has going for it. My room was minute - barely enough room for a bed and a chair - and the window frame was so rotten that there was a constant stream of cold air coming in from outside (not great during a rainstorm).... more
