Smart, if dark room with all mod cons. Staff sloppy at breakfast just standing around not clearing things away or topping up the buffet. Seemed to be more concerned with setting up lunch. You get the feeling it looks good on the surface but there's something strange going on below. more

After picking this hotel because of it's brand name, i was totally disappointed when i got to my room. Stayed for 2 nights. Wonderfull location acres of grounds, lovely gardens and Spa/ Gym comples on site completed/opened in the last 12m. Hotel rooms top noch Staff v helpfull.
