Stayed for one night with my girlfriend in March. Nice clean, quiet rooms in an attractive building. The owner was really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great!

More reasonable rates than other places in Rye, probably because of its location on the edge of the old town rather than right in it. But the main attractions are 3 minutes walk away.

Only downsides: the shower was a bit weak and there's no dedicated parking space - although I suspect that's an issue for most hotels in Rye. There's a public car park 2 mins walk down the street. more
