Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Rye and Great Dixter garden. We were traveling by train and it is very close to the rail station. Excellent cooked English breakfast and a large choice of cereals and jams for toast. Room was up some steps so it would not do for anyone who had problems with stairs. Hostess Monica was... More

We spent 2 nights here recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Monika was very welcoming and friendly. Our room had everything we could possibly need including a range of teas, coffees etc and fresh milk in the fridge. The breakfasts were probably the best we have ever had with an amazing array of food to choose from and all beautifully... More

Stayed here with my Fiancee the weekend, she had chosed this place having read the other reviews on here. Monika is lovely and has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and accomodating. Her breakfast is amazing, didnt need to eat again until the evening (still ate though, because of the wide range of cakes and delights in Rye!).... More

Received a very warm welcome from Monika and was shown to a large, warm room with everything you could want. A sofa to relax on, a range of teas and coffees, bath products, extra blankets and a mini fridge containing fresh milk and a slice of cheesecake Monika had just made! The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of... More

My 7 year old son and I stayed at Wisteria Corner for one night in February 2013. We received a warm welcome from the moment Monika opened the door, and that set the tone for our stay. The room was fantastic: en-suite bathroom (with a nice shower), small fridge, fresh milk, every kind of coffee, tea, hot chocolate; even ovaltine!... More

Myself and a friend have just spent 3 nights staying At Wisteria Corner in Rye on a bed and breakfast basis. The room was very comfortable with a sofa and a fridge with fresh milk and both the room and the adjoining en suite bathroom were warm and cosy, which is a must at this time of year. Monika gave... We stayed in At Wisteria Corner's self catering unit and would highly recommended it. It's well equipped and comfortable - the mini kitchen is a delight! Monika is very friendly and helpful. We took our bikes and she was happy for us to store these in the courtyard area. The only minor drawback is the central heating unit which some... More
