I read the reviews on this hotel before booking and found that most were positive. The rooms were both very clean with comfortable beds and easy to us showers in the bathroom.the staff were very helpful and friendly,we only had breakfast but there was plenty of choice.the only negative came from outside of the hotel,SEAGULLS dont they ever sleep!!! more

Any hotel in the old town of Rye has convenience and probably character as positives. There may be negatives. Parking at some hotels may be insufficient or non-existent.
