We stayed for 2 nights with our teenage daughter and small dog. The staff were helpful. In fact we left a pair of trainers and the dog blanket behind. The Housekeeper rang us and posted it recorded delivery free of charge. One or two of the other comments seem spiteful, so you wonder if genuine. more
