Wholeheartedly agree with all reviews Our Jack Russell was welcomed and ALL of his needs were catered for, as were ours. My owners loved this place, I was made to feel very welcome and even had my own doggie pack, and complimentary dog biscuits. There was plenty of room in the Friston Suite for me and my owners to relax, they seemed to be happy with the reasonably priced mini bar and the complimentary bottled water. Louise & Norman were very welcoming and friendly to both us and our dog Poppet. We all liked the dog welcome pack, it was very useful.
