Found the property was easy to find by following the directions given - even found a car parking space on the road outside. The room was at the top of several flights of stairs and hence the bathroom was abit cramped because of the roof line. Bed was comfortable and complimentary bottles of water provided. Luckily got parked on road. Stairs very narrow and creaky, so noisy at night. our room was right at the top of the house, up 3 flights of stairs, past 2 stairlifts, again making it hard to drag your case past them. The Avondale is a lovely place in a good location. Lovely rooms, very clean, lots of nice small touches that really make the difference. Very friendly and accommodating owners, good choice of breakfast, good quality and well cooked. Will definitely return.

The Avondale was the perfect location for our 3 night stay. The beds were very comfortable, it was quiet, even though on a main road in Seaford.
