Stayed here for 1 night in March 09. The rooms are clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had a massive room overlooking the Thames, fantastic view from the 2 huge windows in our room. The decoration is ok, carpets are a little tired, as are the comunal areas. Make sure before you leave that you have the key for the outer door, and that it works, as we were locked out. Called the number on the wall, and the night staff let us in, he was very helpful. As was the lady on reception when we couldn't get the heater to work in the room. Don't expect luxury, but it was a good value hotel, with fantastic views. There is a pub that serves food downstairs, although cannot comment as we didn't use it. more
