I recently stayed at The William Morris. Jacqueline and Ian were very friendly and accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations of a continental breakfast and our room was nice and clean. If we decide to stay in Bibury again in the future we will have no hesitation about staying there again.

We stayed at the William Morris last Friday night, and am prompted to write a review because it has had some odd reviews which don't tally with our experience. The accommodation was very comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was wonderful - much better than a full English and much better for you. Finally the couple who run it are really... More

We went in for a coffee fully expecting quality to match the decor, which is cottagy and welcoming. What a let-down! I had a very small cup of decaf coffee, was charged £2.25 for it when the menu clearly states £1.95. My wife had a very small cup of hot water and slice of lemon, and was charged £1.95! which... I have never written a review on TripAdvisor before but this experience has upset me so much that it has encouraged me to do so. My friends and I decided at the spur of the moment to take a trip up to Bibury for the weekend and were searching and calling up tirelessly for last minute hotel bookings for a... More

We were the only guests staying here over a busy late-Spring weekend. We were welcomed warmly and enjoyed the offered pot of tea and cake in the adjacent cafe. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable - and decorated in a style that William Morris would have approved of! The owners gave us good advice about local attractions, walks, restaurants,... What! I can't believe the last review - were they staying at some other Willliam Morris? We stayed there the last weekend - (27th April 2012). This our 4th time - and find it the perfect getaway. I can't commend the proprietors highly enough - they can't do enough for you and put themselves out for all your requirements. Food... More

I recently stayed at this so called b&q, bed and breakfast more like beware and be gone. The owners were without doubt the rudest and most unhelpful two owners it has ever been my misfortune to encounter.. A full English breakfast. Is offered but has to be fought for. The decoration is bordering on kitch. Remember the old saying buyer... More

This was like walking into a Roald Dahl novel. The rooms are lovely, and the location is very pretty. Nevermind that you have to fight for the cooked breakfast, the real problem is that the owners have no people skills whatsoever, and are terribly rude and unhelpful . There are better options in Bibury, but my family still talk about... More

We were lucky enough to find this delightful tea room in Bibury on such a wet October day. Coming from sunnier climate, we were quite miserable and very wet when we saw the welcoming window of the William Morris .Tea room and even happier with our welcome. The couple who run it could not have been more cheery. They served... More

We recently attended a Sunday wedding in the Cotswolds and stayed at the William Morris in Bibury for the whole weekend. On our arrival we received the warmest possible welcome, and, after being given tea and cakes in the tearoom, were taken to our room. Our room was a delight. Tastefully decorated, cosy and very comfortable we found it surprisingly... More
