What great value accommodation this is, within easy walking distance of the village. Sylvia & Sean truly made us feel like part of the family! Our room was comfortable & well equipped and the traditional full English breakfast was excellent. We stayed for a week in June 2011 & felt so much at home that we went back for a... More

Very warm welcome. Tastefully decorated room (we had the four poster) Nothing was forgotten. Tv with dvd player, tea/coffee making facilities, mini fridge, everything you could think of down to cotton wool and ear buds were catered for. Only thing we could moan about but didn't mind was our room was close to the kitchen and could hear alot. So... More

We had the pleasure of staying with Sylvia & Sean at ROOFTREES for 4 nights in Sep/Oct 2011. A great B&B with lovely rooms, great breakfast, and lovely hosts!! Could recommend to anyone wanting a quiet lovely stay in the Cotswolds. Jan & John FILMER AUSTRALIA More

Only stayed for 1 night, which was a great shame. This b&b was idyllic. What a beautiful room. (we stayed in four poster, with ensuite). Gorgeous teddies and dolls everywhere. Breakfast was super, hosts very friendly, always ready for a chat. Lovely garden, lots of gnomes and places to sit out. About 15 min walk into gorgeous Bourton-on-the-water. Loved it!!!!! More

We will now use B&Bs instead of hotels as a result of a recent tour of stays in B&Bs - all but one have been great, including Rooftrees in Bourton-On-The-Water. S&S are doing a great job. Other reviews have commented on the decor - we thought it was great!. No problem at all. Some have commented that the rooms are... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and booked Rooftrees based on TA reviews, location and price and we weren't disappointed. Our double room was upstairs and it had everything you could imagine i.e. mini fridge, kettle, hairdryer, plenty of mirrors, good storage, comfortable bed, two chairs, small side table, modern bathroom etc etc. Sylvia and Sean are excellent hosts who... Nice place at what seemed like a good rate for Bourton-on-the Water. Less than ten minutes stroll into the centre of the village so exceptionally close to the great restaurants, pubs, shops and attraction on offer. Decor definitely won't be to everyone's taste - very frilly and quite old fashioned. Lots of pictures, decorations and dolls dotted about the place!... More

Lovely room and bath with everything you can want and more. Sean and Sylvia are wonderful hosts. They are so friendly. You feel like you are staying in a (favorite) relative's home. Comfortable bed. Very quiet. Great location close to the lovely town. A great place at a reasonable price. More

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, but more than that, our hosts Sylvia and Sean made us feel like family members. They are the friendliest and warmest hosts you could ever hope to meet. We will definitely be going back to Rooftrees. More
