Wonderful place - a really warm welcome - and an immediate offer of a cup of tea on arrival. i was upgraded from a single to a double room which was very spacious, extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Butlers is a beautiful hotel. It's a great find, and perfectly located for trips around the Cotswolds and into Cheltenham. Butlers is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Although our experience is based on only a short stay we found this B&B Hotel to be friendly and comfortable. In a pleasant environment it was easy to find and easy to walk into the centre of Cheltenham from its location. Butlers was clean with smart decor and a comfortable bed. We have stayed at Butlers many times and have never been disappointed. The owners Guy and Robert are so wonderful and are so helpful with anything we needed. We have stayed in 3 different rooms and loved them all. Short walk to the town center and shops. Very cool decor and fabulous breakfast. We would recommend to anyone. more

This B & B offers perfection in every way! The rooms are beautifully decorated and provided with everything required. There is a comfortable lounge.
