From the moment we arrived we were met and made to feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble, either for the owners or the staff. And, and it seemed to reflect on the other guests who we met, each of whom was totally relaxed and friendly. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and very well appointed. We will... more

We spent 2 very comfortable nights here, well looked after by dedicated staff in family-run business. Room tastefully decorated and thoughtfully furnished. Breakfast lavish and beautifully presented - lots of fresh ingredients. Have already booked another stay for spring 2010. more

The hotel has very little parking, and while the main hotel is nice the seperate building we stayed in at the back was characterless. Breakfast was average as well. more

A really delightful hotel, within easy walking distance of the centre of Cheltenham and yet very quiet. The owners and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always professional and efficient while at the same time creating a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Very good breakfasts, and such good snacks at other times that we often didn't bother to go out... more

I stayed at Wyastone this weekend with a small group of friends , the location was fabulous within easy walking distance of the chic shopping area of Montellier area of Cheltenham , not far from the Ladies college . we found the staff very helpful friendly helping us to book tables for dinner and advising on must see places. For the price, this is a gem. Our room was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - hot croissants were a lovely extra touch. The owners are very hospitable and helpful and the staff share this ethos: the hotel manages to deliver impeccable service in a heimische spirit. more

We have just returned from a weekend stay at this hotel and cannot fault it. The location is excellent - a quiet tree lined road but Montpellier shops, restaurants and bars, etc. are on the doorstep and Cheltenham town centre only a few minutes walk away. Karen and Michael were the perfect hosts along with their staff making us all... more

We stayed at the Wyastone with friends whilst attending a classic car event at Cheltenham Racecourse. The bedrooms have been recently renovated and were well up to standard. Friendly welcome, good breakfast and safe car park. Perfect. more

This is a great little hotel with newly renovated rooms, lovely common spaces, warm atmosphere, and great proximity to downtown. The hosts want you to enjoy the hotel and are most helpful with information about the city, restaurants, etc. We loved our room, one of the family rooms. If I were to make one suggestion it would be to vary... more

The Wyastone is in Montpelier a beautiful part of Cheltenham. When I got lost on the way there I called to give me clear instructions- when I pulled up in the car, the lovely Emily was standing there waving her arms- the best welcome I've ever had at any hotel. The room was ready even though I arrived early; all... more
