Hilden House was absolutely flawless! It was in a really great location, a short walk to the High Street and town centre. Everything was spotless; the room was gorgeous, really comfortable and had a fantastic bathroom. Staying at The Hilden was a delight. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners only to happy to accommodate requests. Ideal for a 'Hen' weekend with Spa only a short walk away. Taxi service to good quality restaurants can also be arranged. We will return for a private visit

We spent one night at this lovely hotel. Unobtrusive and professional, friendly and organised the management are first class. My partner and I spent a night at Hilden House during a trip to the Cotswolds. The hosts were friendly and relaxed, and the room was comfortable, clean, and in a good location. Most importantly, breakfast was very nice. Highly recommended as a place to stay in Cheltenham.

The management were lovely, the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was really nice. It's around a 5 minute walk to the city centre and they were kind enough to give us a parking permit to park on the street outside. I would definitely recommend Hilden House!

My husband and I just enjoyed a one night stay at Hilden House. We experienced a very warm welcome. Our hosts were very professional but friendly and were extremely helpful. Out room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was srummy. Would definitely stay again without ANY hesitation. Really convenient for the town centre.
