Room was large and plush but slightly shabby and smelled damp. Breakfast was rather greasy. There were some good deals on food and wine though. There were a lot of elderly people staying here, and sitting with my colleague trying to work we felt a little out of place. There was hideous piped music (pan pipes!) in the public areas... more

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night on business. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking spaces. Surprisingly, the hotel was not busy. It was a lovely old building. I had a very comfortable room and bed. There was a flat screen TV which seemed to have only Freeview channels which was fine for me.... more
