I stayed at this B&B as I was attending a wedding at Barnsley House. The location was great, and the hosts (Paul & Sue) were really lovely. The room was clean, and incredibly quite. They provided great directions and recommendations and I would definitely stay with them again! Also, the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

We stayed at this B&B in the heart of Cirencester for 5 nights -- it is a lovely home, with extremely accommodating hosts (Paul & Sue). They provided for all of our needs -- wonderful breakfasts, accurate directions to any tourist sites, recommendations for local restaurants & a thousand little extras which they never hesitated to provide. Rooms were spacious... More

The Ivy house's location is near the National Express coach stop. Very convenience if you take coach from London. The host, Paul and Sue are very nice and friendly. Me and my wife felt a warm and happy vibe everyday. Just feel like home. The English breakfast is absolutely the best I have ever had in the UK. Highly recommended!!

The very first thing you notice is that there is adequate parking. The building is beautiful inside and out, just a short walk from the city centre. The room was clean and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was excellent, with many choices. The innkeeper is very helpful.

I am happy to confirm all the other glowing reports. Paul & Sue were very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Although right on a crossroads, the double-glazing did its job and we were not disturbed by any noise. Lovely décor, comfortable, spotless room, first class breakfast - I could go on and on. Great to have a parking space... More

Paul and Sue welcome you perfectly in their nice house, only a few hundred meters from downtown. Easy to find with a convenient private car park, just in a cross road but the windows are so efficient that you do not suffer any noise in your room. Rooms are large, well equipped, very clean and the beds are very comfortable.... More

Why was I humming "Little things mean a lot" during our 5 day stay at this B and B? From the fluffy towels and washcloths to the beautiful soaps and shampoos, I was reminded of a high end hotels amenities. The sunny breakfast room was inviting and the breakfasts, cooked by Sue, were very good and substantial. The location was... More

We just had to write about The Ivy House! This is a wonderful B & B, so close to the centre of Cirencester. Paul & Sue really looked after us well - they are such welcoming and friendly hosts who have created an extremely comfortable and immaculately clean place to stay. Breakfast is delicious; we enjoyed the generous choice including... More

I've stayed twice at the Ivy House recently and both times have been truly memorable. The hosts, Paul and Sue, are very friendly and the standard of their breakfasts will take some beating. I'd say the best I've ever had in a B and B and certainly better than most hotels. The rooms are clean, warm and well presented. The... More

There are 5 rooms. The rooms are very clean and have modern en suite bathrooms. The rooms were well heated and the beds comfortable. The double glazing kept out the sound from the adjacent traffic intersection (not a major road). Rooms have cable TV and a kettle for coffee and tea. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast... More
