Great rooms, really poor service. I originally booked a Valentines Spa Weekend and upon arrival was told there was no Spa availability. Great. Staff not really bothered about the issue, offered free drink in compensation, even though I wanted a Spa treatment. The location has no pool, no gym, i would look elsewhere if looking for good Spa resort. More
