Room very small, online photos misleading, courtyard outside untidy and uncared for. Pub needs attention - a very good clean would help. Stayed for the weekend 1st - 3rd August '08, Whole place needs smartening up, especially outside which is very untidy and does not encourage anyone to sit outside. We booked the Royal Oak and we're disgusted by the room. It smelt and had a contraceptive pill on the bed. The owner and son were rude and did noit accept our complaint, and bascially accused myself and 7 month pregnant wife of putting the pill their ourselves. Do not stay here. more

Nice little B&B, the room was clean and the owner was friendly. Lots of parking! Good breakfast. All in all, a pleasant stay. more
