Stayed at the ocean hotel apartments with my husband and 3 children, our feet where filthy after walking on the carpet in our apartment. Bedding smelt of armpits !!! My wife and I spent a very pleasant weekend, without costing a fortune, at the Ocean Hotel. The staff helpful and the apartment very clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we wished for after a long road journey from Peterborough.

We love the fact the apartments are so close to the beach and Canoe Lake. Even the popular Gunwharfs shopping center is a quick drive along the beach road. My family stayed at the Ocean for a week 21-28 July 2012.The apartment was so large an adult and 3 children could get lost.The Staff werte brilliant and May cooks great meals,you need a good appetite though as May doesn't know the meaning of " small portions".Will definately book the family in again.
