Being a newer Premier Inn, this place is seriously had to flaw. The lobby area has plenty of comfy couches in chaise longe style, funky glass screens separate this from the breakfast room which looked really elegant too. On 7/12/07 the Tulip Inn changed to Premier Inn, which meant none of the staff, which all appeared to be new couldn't handle the simplest request such as check inn, the correct key for the room etc. Very surprised that none of the staff had been trained on how to check people in or how to create a key card... more
