The couple that worked there were super friendly they made it extra special the actual building is in a nice area by the coast we saw the boat which had been travel around the world and all round perfect I would defiantly recommend it and I will defiantly be go back very soon!

We stayed for two nights while visiting our daughter in Southampton. Nothing was too much trouble, we were very well looked after, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was beautifully clean. We will definitely be back again when we are in Southampton again. Thank you Brian and Eileen.

We stayed in this 1st Class Guest House,as an overnight stay prior to cruising. The welcome was very warm and the place spotlessly clean. Eileen and Brian Lalley go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. The Guest House is close to all facilties ,and very convenient for the Railway Station and Town Centre.10/10
