This my third visit to this hotel, Manager and staff all very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Southampton, very well placed within walking distance of the city centre

Recently had my birthday party here, we had the whole hotel including all 10 bedrooms. All of the staff where smart, friendly and extremely welcoming. Bar drinks reasonably priced. Quick and helpful in making the booking at this promising looking small hotel. Good impression on arrival, and staff continued the helpful attitude. Stayed for one night on a visit to Southampton. This is a nice hotel, the staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating and the room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again.

Nice quaint atmosphere. Great location with free parking. Rooms spotless and the double room we had was very spacious. Staff welcoming and always on hand. (We had a problem with our shower and it was fixed instantly). As previously mentioned, the food was very, very good. We would stay again.

My 4th or 5th visit to the Blue Keys, it is always good, never perfect, but the best hotel in Southampton. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, food outstanding, staff welcoming, hard working and mainly efficient. It's a great location, quiet and provides value for money. Will be back there again soon

Really nice place and friendly staff. Huge menu for breakfast!!!! Room was big and professionally cleaned. You are welcomed by a fresh perfume of laudry in the room. Free broadband perfectly working, good tips to go out for dinner and drinks!!!!! Highly recommended!!!
